Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business day.  Once we have received your shirts in processing time is 3-4 weeks. 

We do not make shipments or deliveries on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing any delays or a high volume of orders we will communicate with you via the email you provided.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Standard Ground shipping 3-5 business days is included with your order.  Please contact us for custom shipping needs.

We will ship via carriers with the best rates and/or transit times for your area.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

We are currently not shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, or anywhere that will not accept a package

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your order has shipped.  Also you will receive notification once your shirts have been received.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Shirts2Quilts.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Shirts2Quilts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We are currently not offering any International shipping at this time.  All order must ship within the United States.
